My opinion about the Bliss of Earth 100% Pure Organic Ivory Shea Butter:

I bought this Bliss of Earth 100% Pure Organic Ivory Shea Butter on the recommendation of a friend when she told me it is of great help for dry lips. Since then, I have been using daily (literally without fail) for my extremely dry lips and it works amazingly! I have extremely dry lips and trust me, there are hardly lip balms out there in the market which I haven’t given a try. 90% of them don’t help me in any way and the rest is too expensive for regular use. Since the time I got this one, I apply it daily before going to bed and it does wonders. I have been completely loving this and this has become a staple for my lips.

But yes, if you are the one who is using shea butter for the first time, you may find it sticky and a bit uncomfortable, but once you overcome that, it is amazing! This can be used also for hands or feet if you are facing the issues of extremely dry skin. And this one from Bliss of Earth being raw and unrefined is good for the skin on a daily basis too!

Packaging:

This shea butter comes in a transparent fibre tub with an aluminium cap. It is spill-proof, but being around tub packages, I doubt whether it is travel-friendly.

Consistency and fragrance: 

The shea butter has a semi-liquid consistency. It has no added fragrance which is a great add-on for this product! The colour of this shea butter is brownish yellow.
